3. Basic and Pro

Features, limits and availability may change as the software is improved or updated.

4. Payments and activation

Paid subscriptions or licenses become active after successful payment confirmation.

Prices, currencies and applicable taxes may vary by country or region.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period, subject to the applicable product and payment-provider rules.

Temporary renewal payment problems may be handled separately from an intentional cancellation or refund.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use NobleUtils products to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation of the software or services, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute modified copies in violation of the applicable license.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NobleUtils software and services are provided without guarantees that they will meet every user's specific requirements or operate without interruption or error.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files before performing file conversion, modification or other processing.
